How Do I Use the ThermPouch?

Directions: Wash and add favorite conditioner or treatment to human hairpiece. Place treated hairpiece(s) in a plastic cap. Plug the electrical cord into socket. Heat on Low or High setting for duration of treatment per hair care instructions. Rinse hair piece once treatment time is completed and air or blow dry. Style as usual. 

Can I Use Thermpouch if I live outside of the United States?

Yes you may however, correct conversion is needed and may require an adapter if your wattage is more than 50w-220 V 110V.  Please research your home’s wattage before usage as it will produce too much power and may burn the Thermpouch and possibly your hairpiece  

How Often Should I Use the ThermPouch?

Use the ThermPouch as often as needed depending upon how much heat and styling product used on your hair.  Customers that want to maintain hair health use the ThermPouch weekly as part of their wash and deep conditioning routine.

Will the ThermPouch Burn My Hairpieces?                      

No.  Whether you choose Low or High setting, the ThermPouch is designed for a heating setting which will not burn your hairpieces if used properly.  Think of it as a hair dryer for your hair extensions.

Can I Treat More Than One hairpiece At A Time?

Absolutely. You may process as many hairpieces that will fill the ThermPouch and properly close, as the heating element is positioned from top to bottom.

May I Use the ThermPouch on Synthetic Hairpieces?

Synthetic hairpieces are not made of natural hair, they are composed of fine plastic fibers, manufactured to look like human hair. In its basic form, synthetic hair is made from low-grade acrylic that is heated and strung into strands to make individual hair fibers.  Penetrating moisture into plastic fibers will not enhance their durability and may even cause damage.
